Well, the end is near for the ol' homestead for (one) sect of the Huitema family. It joins a long list of photographs and memories spanning nearly 50? years of existance. I'm sure there isn't a soul out there who reads this who doesn't share one of those.

I remember cycling over there for tea with Rose. And how you guys had corn growing in the sandbox I think because you were playing farm.
Yes, I remember when the house was purchased. Some old people called the Fletchers owned it. We called it, "The Fletcher House" for a long time.. It was really neat going through the old house at first. There was all kinds of cool junk in the house and it was very creepy, dark, musty, dingy and old.
Then Pete and Rose later moved in and Rose made it a home. It was no longer the Fletcher house.
Help....I'll show you the house if I can find out how to post?
Hey Jeff,
is your problem that you can't log in or that you can create a post? Assuming you can log in go to the blogger start and log in. You'll get to the dashboard, look for the Huitema blog and click on new post. Write a title, write your post, you can upload photos using the little picture icon, preview and then publish. Let me know where exactly you're having trouble.
