Spicey Thai Pizza and Names
This pizza went over well when served on the Sunday movie night.
- roll out dough or buy premade crusts.
- Sauce = spicy thai peanut sauce (or maybe peanut satay sauce, it all has different names for different brands).
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- toppings: fresh cilantro, grated carrot, caramelized onion and precooked chicken breast pieces.
- Bake in the oven at 400F till cheese is melted.

I'll be home for Christmas
Hello everyone,
There's been no posts for a while so I thought I would put up some pictures of when I was hiking this past weekend. There's no snow in Vancouver but when you go up, there's lots. We went hiking up to Brew Hut and stayed overnight.
Here we are on one of our many lunch stops on the way up to the hut.

Here is Brew Hut, set up in a really windy spot so that snow doesn't accumulate because previous huts were always destroyed or moved by the huge amounts of snow. I like how the top floor window has a handle on it so you can dig down to the hut when its buried and go through the upstairs.
Here's a beautiful shot at sunset looking back towards Black tusk (the tooth like thing). Its a really popular hiking destination and I think the very first post on this blog was back before I hurt my knee and had hiked (with some of the same people) to Black Tusk and had climbed it. Its a straightforward hike, just some scrambling at the end but it looks very dramatic doesn't it. If you're skiing at Whistler you see the tusk edge on.

I can't wait to see you all, miss you so much, and it's definitely time for a white (or at least cold) christmas. It's been fantastic having Teegs and Ains here in Aussie, but unfortunately I don't ave any pics of them! Guess I should get snapping. See you all soon!
