Lily pictures
Carly sent me a couple of pictures while we have been in Texas. Since we don't have any pictures to post on the Huitema blog I am posting these pictures of Lily instead.

Swiss Trip
Here we are in the village of Gruyère, where Gruyère cheese is named for. It is also where Carly and Michael met while on a hike.
We spent a sunny afternoon in Maienfeld, the setting of the Heidi books. This is the house where the fictional character Heidi lived in.
We walked around Lake Davos with Carly, Michael and Lily.

Agawa Canyon Tour
The train that takes you into the Agawa Canyon.
The train stops for 1.5 hours when you can take some of the hiking trails. Since it is before the busy fall season there weren't too many of us making the hikes really nice.
The Bridal Falls were down to a trickle because of the dry summer they had this year.
There were two other falls that were pretty though.
The next day we toured the Bush Plane Museum. After I was finished seeing what I wanted I went outside and enjoyed the beautiful day while Bert took his time in the museum.
We thought about taking a drive to Wawa but after an hour or so we decided to be tourists and visited some shops along the way before turning back to Sault Sainte Marie.
Along our way home the next day we stopped to see the French River which was beautiful.
This is a snowmobile bridge that the local snowmobile clubs built over the French River. Very impressive!
